Grades & Assignments: 

  • Supports both weighted and standard (point-based) grade scales.

  • Each student can be marked as “Present”, “Absent – Excused”, “Absent – Unexcused”, “Tardy – Excused”, or “Tardy – Unexcused”.
  • Calculates percent of attendance entries marked “Present” to facilitate attendance based grades.
  • Export attendance data to .csv files (via email, iTunes File Sharing, or Dropbox).
  • Track attendance for multiple classes and terms.
  • Student attendance status is shown on the main and grade entry screen for reference.

  • Backup and restore data with Dropbox.
  • Import and export files with Dropbox.
  • Import student rosters from .csv files to quickly enter multiple students.
  • Copy students from one class to another.
